Your mailbox and calendar, read-only
In My settings → Mailbox & calendar, each seller connects their Gmail or Outlook (Microsoft 365) account. SoliCRM asks for read-only access — it can never send, delete or move anything — and every ten minutes:
- logs the emails exchanged with known contacts and leads on their record, sent or received, with the first lines;
- logs calendar meetings from a week ago to a month ahead as meetings on the people invited, and updates them if they move.
Emails with people who are not in the CRM are ignored. The first sync looks back two weeks, so the history does not start empty. Calendar sync can be turned off on its own, and the connection tokens are encrypted.
Your phone system
Connect Aircall or Ringover and every finished call is logged automatically as a completed call — direction, duration, recording link — on the contact or lead whose number matches, under the agent who took it. Every number in SoliCRM is also a tel: link: one click and your softphone dials.
Payments, signatures, e-invoicing
- Stripe — your own account: customers pay invoices online by card or any method you enable; the invoice is marked paid on its own.
- Yousign — advanced electronic signature on quotes; the quote is accepted when the signature completes.
- Pennylane, Qonto, Iopole, Jefacture, Chorus Pro or any platform taking a Factur-X upload — for the 2026 e-invoicing reform.
- Google and Microsoft sign-in, when configured.
A REST API for your developers
The API lives under /api/v1 and covers accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and cases: list (with search, paging and updated_since for incremental syncs), read, create and update.
Authentication is a personal token created on the Security page — Authorization: Bearer scrm_…. The token is shown once; SoliCRM only keeps its fingerprint, shows when it was last used, and lets you revoke it. Everything the screens enforce applies to the API too: validation rules, custom fields, workflow rules and flows. A rejected record comes back as a 422 with the reasons.
Webhooks your systems can trust
In Setup → Integrations, outgoing webhooks send events to your HTTPS endpoints:
account.created,account.updated, and the same for contacts, leads, opportunities and cases;opportunity.won,quote.accepted,invoice.created,invoice.paid.
Each delivery is signed — header X-SoliCRM-Signature, an HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp and body, the same scheme as Stripe — with a secret per endpoint. A failed delivery is retried after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes and 2 hours, and the latest deliveries log shows each attempt with its response code. Send a test checks an endpoint before you depend on it.
Zapier, Make, n8n
For automation platforms, SoliCRM supports REST hooks: the platform subscribes to an event with a POST /api/v1/hooks, unsubscribes with a DELETE, and gets a sample record to map fields from. Connect SoliCRM to thousands of apps — a won deal that creates a project, a new lead that pings a channel — without writing code.
In short
- Gmail and Outlook emails and meetings logged every ten minutes, read-only.
- Aircall and Ringover calls logged automatically.
- Stripe, Yousign, e-invoicing platforms, Google and Microsoft sign-in.
- A REST API with revocable tokens, signed webhooks with retries, REST hooks for Zapier, Make and n8n.
