Terms of service

Publisher: [legal name, form, share capital, address, company number, VAT number, publication director — to complete]. Host: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

1. Service

SoliCRM is customer relationship management software provided online (SaaS). Each customer has its own instance and its own database. Features depend on the plan (see pricing).

2. Account and trial

Signing up creates a workspace with a 14-day free trial, without payment details. The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information given and the confidentiality of its users' credentials.

3. Prices and payment

Monthly subscription per active user, prices excluding VAT shown on the pricing page, paid in advance by card or debit through Stripe. Changes of plan or seats apply pro rata. Any price increase is announced 30 days ahead.

4. End of trial, non-payment, termination

Without a subscription at the end of the trial, or after a failed payment, the workspace turns read-only: nothing is deleted and data stays exportable. The customer may cancel at any time from the billing page, for the end of the current period. Data is deleted 30 days after the subscription ends.

5. Data

The customer owns its data. The publisher processes it as a processor under the data processing agreement and the privacy policy.

6. Availability and support

The publisher uses reasonable means to keep the service available (target: 99.5% monthly, excluding announced maintenance); its status is published at /status. Support by email and chat on business days.

7. Liability

The publisher has an obligation of means. Its liability is limited to direct damages, up to the amounts paid by the customer in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing law

French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the publisher's registered office have jurisdiction.
